well  first of all thanks for all the views but now its football time..in sports i know most skill positions like a back plate or a flak jacket/rib protector..let me set the record straight back plates should be worn by rb,wr,cb, Evan lineman and, any one who wants light weight back protection.. flak jackets should be worn by   qb,lb,fb,rb and, any one who wants back and rib protection with stability and a little more wight than a back plate...ideal brands are douglas schutt.. i like ones with something you can hang on your shoulder pads..
